Assists in all development needs, including but not limited to civil permitting, environmental permitting, engineering, tax abatements, regulatory compliance, and all other project management needs.
Provide targeted outreach to landowner's of interest to facilitate a lease or purchase transaction to transition a non-engaged landowner into a client.
Researching all avenues of title in order to help secure title endorsements. Includes, but not limited to MORs, surface title, curative, and more.
Produce timely project layouts, buildable analysis for potential Greenfield sites, and any requested custom map.
